My anxiety/panic attacks tend to not have any if many physical symptoms. Because of that for years I have denied to myself that I have an anxiety disorder. It's only been in the last year or so that I've realized it's an issue for me. Most commonly, physical symptoms I might have are slight nausea, and physical tension. Sometimes trembling if it's a longer attack.

I experience panic attacks quite often, where no one even knows I'm having them. I had one yesterday at work actually, but was able to get it under control, a couple weeks ago I had to go home early because of one.

The mental/emotional impact is extreme though. My thought process goes wild. Catastrophic thinking, loss of focus and concentration. If I can't get it under control quickly, I have to change my environment.
