It's not dead hun...I work in a company, a union, and I have endured alot of sexual harassment during my year there. Especially by teenage boys. I'm one of the few women that work in the very male dominated company and I work with the men stocking and merchandise. It's hard to deal with because when it happens I'm terrified to say anything. Even the manager acts weird to me and gives me "extras", that I don't ask for. I've practically become numb over the year and basically get down right %#@&#! when they go over the line. I figure I have to protect myself since no one else will. Most of the other women are older so they don't endure what we young ones do...but when they witness it, they do nothing. I've cried to an older seniority (female) before about the men in the back calling me a "slut"...and she said nothing. I feel you're pain, it's effin ridiculous but it's apart of being a woman and that's what makes us strong as well.
