<font color="purple"> Feel a bit of a fraud posting here but here goes.I am a comfort eater . Tend to overeat. Know a reasonable amount
about healthy eating without being too puritanical about it but putting it into practice is a whole different ball game.
A lot of the time i feel hungry though logic tells me, given the amount of food i eat that it's not necessarily a physical hunger.
I think it's often out of bordedom and misinterpreting emotional hunger/void as physical hunger.
Of course entertaining that possibility and knowing how to combat it are two very different things.
Some days i can be compulsively snacking/eating like i'm a contestant in a Prada Willi pie eating competition.
Have even been known to cook myself something sizeable to eat in the early hours of the morning.
Over weight- yes. BMI of about 30.5 . If i didn't use skimmed milk/no sugar in tea/low fat spreads etc it would be much higher. My diet is very Jekyll and hide. </font>
