Hi teejai, I struggle with food too. Sometimes I eat it because it makes me feel good. If I did not enjoy binging, I probably would not do it. You are not alone in your struggles--there are plenty of us here who understand. I try to eat by a schedule instead of by hunger pains. I just can't trust my body to tell me when I am really hungry.
