This morning I did a cardio/pilates routine from Fitnessblender that was 40 minutes total. I didn't sweat much despite it being a strenuous workout, it was still cool outside at that point.
Then this evening I did a low impact cardio routine along with a short 10 minute abs workout, both from FitnessBlender, 37 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. This time I sweat A LOT, despite the routine being easier than this morning's routine.

The hot weather makes a difference!
I started up one of FitnessBlender's low impact routines that I bought ages ago. It's 4 weeks long and I may not stick to it verbatim, but I'll try to incorporate the workouts into my routine. Day 1 is finished.
