My voices say that they are people observing or who are actually the Police, and that they are investigating me for an alleged incident that involved a fatality. I am scared out of my mind, because sometimes they say that it is a corrupt investigation and they are setting me up. It must be if auditory hallucinations are involved. I 'overheard' that they were monitoring one of my email accounts, so In response, I have been sending suggestive and leading emails trying to let them know that I am aware of what they are doing. I know that they are hallucinations and cannot be true, but I get scared anyway. I have tried to contact the Police though their website but I get no reply. I would be grateful to hear any suggestions that others might have that will help me to feel less stressed. Thanks in advance.
