Yes and no.... I've been offered jobs at better schools (this one is notoriously poor quality, both administration and academics) but on the other hand, this school pays far and away the best hourly wage, no idea why. If I took a different one, it would be equivalent to a $15-20/hour pay cut.

Each year I wonder if it's worth what I put up with and decide that it is. This might be the last year I can do that. The other thing is that there are a couple of my kids that I'm really attached to (I teach private lessons there so I've been seeing them one-on-one every week for years)
