So, couchies, I was born in the 70's but was a small child during the Disco era, I need some advice.

My coworker's retirement party is tomorrow, we have been peer-pressured into dressing up. I have ugly pants (paisley pattern) and a halter shirt (black polyester) and I have huge hoop earrings and a beaded bracelet. I have platform shoes.

I have really short hair. So not disco.

I have a thin/long rectangular scarf, I was going to tie it around headband-style, leave the tails hanging over my shoulder. It looks a little ridiculous, but so does the entire outfit. Wigs are out, it is entirely too hot.

Does this sound okay?
