Too much information for me to have to sort out at one time flips me out too!!
I'm sorry that it is so overwhelming you right now. When I get in places like that I just want someone to please help me too!
This is reminding me of helping my son with his math homework. He struggles with ADHD, and would come home with a sheet filled with math problems that filled the whole sheet. He would get so frustrated and say "I can't do this!" I could tell he was aggravated and I deal with the same issues. So, I took another piece of paper, tore it in half and covered up the line before and after the line he was working on. It eased his aggravation because he didn't feel so overwhelmed with the whole sheet. [emoji15]
I don't know if you are under a time limit, but maybe you could take those 18 and break them down into small groups that you could check out, without the whole "sheet"?
I do understand and just wanted to let you know I heard you and offer a suggestion.
I hope that there is an amazing therapist to work with you in that list!!
