The urges are the same for me my friend. every DAY......
It takes an awful lot. I have had the urges for a week now. I understand the pain it takes away and the feeling it gives to do it.

You do have friends here. consider ME one....call on me anytime. We need to lean on each other right now. I also have those urges right now. Heck ive been sitting with a boxcutter in my hand for 4 days now. But i wont do it either.

Please please pm me if you need to talk. it helps me to talk about it with another who understands. and I DO.
