frazzled and upset as said above.
I suppose a major way I coped was dumping on you all. Whooops and sorry. It was all a bit too much of me. I rubbed at my worry stone to the point I probably eroded it. I went to bed last night with a bean bag weighing my chest down. I did a few CBT worksheets. By this morning it just didn't matter any more.
