That's how I feel now. Although, now they are coming out saying that it's not the nicotine that is the health risk and vaping is taking center stage in this new era. Not that we as a society really need a new generation hooked on it, but for those of us that have been, I for one am one of those that started as a teen, and have been on and off since then. The last time that I quit was for pregnancy and one day back in '11 I had a craving that I couldn't explain and voila. I also signed up for an app that tracks my days. 34 days now. Sure, I'm vaping, but because of the nicotine, I'm also not reaching for food. I've that hand to mouth or when driving that's where I want something the most. I was going out to my porch for a while. Keeping with the habit behavior. It feels good to be off cigarettes on several levels. I initially picked a date to be supportive of my friend as I've been back and forth about quitting for a while. So, I can relate to quitting by accident.
I had had my ecig setup since 2014 when I moved here. So switching wasn't too much of an investment. I did replace 1 battery, but maintain and rotate three batteries. My friend just moved over to the liquid fills and finds that a better solution. Ideally, I'd like to not spend any time or money on the stuff, at all. Baby steps.
