This morning I did a 26 minute long low impact cardio routine from FitnessBlender, perfect for beginners and also for active rest days.
This evening I did a 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and a 13 minute stretching routine from FitnessBlender afterwards, 55 minutes total. I had two fans blowing on me the whole time but still managed to break a good sweat.

Yay for hot weather.
I also got a bit of walking done today going out to the book store and viewing apartments.
