.As far as equel pay for equal work,,,,My g/f now f/g She use to get so pis-sed at me for the time I worked and money I brought into the house,,( I worked a whole dif world ) She was a nurse RN and an ekg monitor tech,,,I installed Tile. I worked 5 to 6 hrs aday and brought home ,,,not going to say,,,But she felt I made too much for the time I worked and the fun I had at work. And after work.

.My way to fix it was to take a month or two off from time to time in order to equal out the annual income to be more the same ........... Fair to me ,,,,,,,,,, no. Made her feel better,,, not really..... For now I had more time to have fun and less stress. She went on vacations that I didn't , for someone had to take care of pets. Seem fair ? I call it life.
