I don't know. That's a good question! I hope someone else can answer it.
I'd like to say that you're not psychotic if you know it's not real.
But I have to admit that if you think your brain is a separate entity you're probably psychotic, if you believe it one hundred percent.
(I'm talking psychotic as far as delusions go.)
