I doing much better physically, but I do need some hugs right now. My parents keep telling me that I can't sue because I had limited tort. I've read about it and it says you can't sue for pain and suffering, but you can sue for damages and medical bills. Insurance paid me the blue book value for my car, and the bills are being paid by the hospital, but if I win any money it will be use to repay the bills. So can I still sue for price of the medical bills and the value of my car, even though I got money from insurance? This issue is making me very sad, because if I can't sue for anything then those that caused me all this are getting away.
