its hard, really hard too. i try to get my mind on other things. sometimes i get angry at myself and cry. go ride my bike as fast as i can. fight with myself and keep saying no, no, no.
im hoping it gets easier fast. i wish i could wake up tomorrow and never have a craving again. let it all be in the past.
