I go three times a week (2 Ts) and have gone as much as 5x per week. I need to go to minimize dissociation and suicidal thoughts. Sometimes I get impatient with how long I have been in therapy (10 years) and that I still seem to need to go multiple times a week, other times I want to go more often.
Overall, it has been helpful. Seeing more than one T is also helpful for me.
