This morning I exercised before work because I knew I wouldn't do it after work due to the heat.

Day 7 of the FitnessBlender Low Impact challenge was a very challenging 38 minute HIIT/Lower Body workout. There were modifications provided, thank goodness, and I still broke a big sweat.
Got around 11k steps today total from work.

Less than usual because most of my stocking today was in just one aisle.
