In about 3 and half hours I will be going to a psychiatrist.. for the first time since 6 months.. The last one sent me straight to the psych ward (or at least tried to)
I don't even know what to tell her, because I am used to talk and talk to my psychologists.. so what do I do, what do I tell her.. oh m god my stomach is in knots..
