I am BP and have a substance use disorder. I go to support groups for both. Crossover is very common in both groups; we are often discussing substance use recovery at DBSA meeting and dealing with other disorders often comes up at recovery meetings. My point is that it really is not uncommon and I would be surprised if you didn't find that most rehabs commonly treat dual diagnosis patients.
