I just came from my assessment. Im happy to finally be able to get help. So I'll be starting therapy next week. It's group based with individual twice a month. I am nervous about the group but I am excited to start working towards getting better. So they say that I'm bipolar 2 with social anxiety and also an adjustment disorder with anxious depressed mood. Never heard that one before. So I guess I have a lot of things that I'm dealing with at once but hopefully it gets better. Everyone here has been so great and supportive.
