I quit smoking three years ago after smoking 30+ years, but am having smoking dreams. It's strange, as I don't really crave them during the day. I wish my dream smoking was unpleasant, but it's quite satisfying. I quit drinking 8 years ago & had drinking dreams for quite a while. Does anyone else out there who has quit a habit have such dreams? They're kind of disturbing when I wake up. It's like, "Man! I screwed up!"
