Hi Catherine. Welcome to Psych Central. I am sorry you are feeling so many different symptoms. I am not sure what that might mean because I am not a doctor and different diagnoses (DXs) have overlapping symptoms. The important thing is to do what you can to find a path through and around these symptoms.
That can include professional help (psychiatrists can prescribe meds that can reduce symptoms-many insurance plans cover this) and things you can do yourself. If you need to find a psychiatrist, call your insurer or visit their website.

Other activities that help me include yoga, exercises or walking, eating a balanced diet, avoiding recreational drugs and alcohol, soothing music, and finding quiet time.
