It sounds like you're in a very difficult place!
The only suggestion I have is baby steps. Maybe allow yourself the hour then aim small. What is most important to you? Maybe you'll feel better for a shower, or a cup of tea/coffee/hot chocolate (delete as appropriate), then remember to tell yourself "good job" even if you don't believe yourself, saying it to yourself eventually makes a difference.
Remember it's how hard you have to try that indicates the achievement, not the size of the task achieved.
