I hope this evening finds you in better spirits.

Dear tiltedyogi, Thank you -- yes, this evening does find me in better -- good, even! -- spirits. This morning that I woke up really depressed, took a Valium, slept an hour and a half longer, and woke up just fine.
Are you a yogi or a yoga person? I do chair yoga almost every day. There are several -- a lot, really -- YouTube videos of various lenghths that I like to use. I started Yoga 10+ years ago (when I could still do floor yoga) by copying the Yoga calendar!. Then my sister gave me a Rodney Yee Morning Yoga videotape (see how long ago it was?). And that was wonderful. Then for years I was in a senior chair yoga class once week. I think I'm done with the class -- at home works fine now.
I lift hand weights, too. Gradually have moved up from 2 lbs to 6 lbs. (one in each hand, of course.) Except for one movement when I still have to use the 2 lb weights. I have this beautiful little row of colorful, weight-graduated hand dumbbells -- two to 8 lbs. I love looking at them --they are so tempting to work out! I always am looking forward to graduating to the next one, which will be 7 lbs eventually. I look forward to retiring the 2 lb-er to the closet one of these days, too.
I have a very good pedal machine, too. I forgot to use it today. I like to use it on days when I have not done any walking. I talk on the phone to my b/f and pedal away. It makes it so my arthritis knees do not hurt.
Hope you are doing okay, too. Keep on pluggin for me to get a decent PRN med, k?
