A friend of mine shared the links to these two sites a year or so ago. These are free with no credit given, or for some, if you want credit, you can pay a fee. I had suggested these to my daughter, who had to take a medical leave from college herself, as a way to "get back into the grove" of studying and see if her concentration issues were better. She didn't try it, but maybe this is something you want to look at and might find some that will help you review the areas that you need to review. Not sure they have what you are looking for, but there are advanced level courses available.
