Maybe they are being kind and courteous? Maybe it's a way to help you relax. There is a Therapist where I am that has a coffee machine in his own waiting room. It makes all sorts of drinks. (If only I could work out how to use the gadget).

He also has fruit and cookies.
You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to say yes if/when you want one. Don't sweat the small stuff.
