I get thoughts that policemen will arrest me whenever I see a policeman, and there is no explanation.....it seems to symbolize feeling like my time is up, my game about always seeking drama is caught up to, my number is called, I guess I feel guilty, like the way I live my life so differently from others isn't understood and I deserve to be in jail...........but you know what I do? I fight my thoughts......when I see a policeman, I imagine him driving right by, not even looking in my direction.....then I think have I committed a crime? No, no, no, he'll just walk right by me.....and they always do...

Could you picture an old married couple that has been together 48 years? They still laugh at each other, still hold hands? I think the way to fight strange thoughts is to think the opposite..........
