the paternal grandparents received custody ... they will return to Russia when the papers go thriugh but it might be some time still... meanwhile, the daughter (rape victim) is living with relatives approx 60 miles away... she's in good hands...

the mother is charged with two misdeameanors of child abuse .. i'm hoping she receives a light sentence and a good lesson... she was offered and rejected a plea bargain, i think she intends to take her case to jury...

no news on the male accised of the molestations... out on bail last i heard...
