So I work in the IT field on a small helpdesk. Well long story short we keep track of a daily amount of tickets we closed. Since I've started I don't close as many as everyone else. Well today my boss changed the title of the group chat that we use to communicate with this I'm experiencing mixed feelings with how I should take this. One part of me is mad. One part is saying he's just trying to get me to do better. However either way i'm a bit embarrassed by it.
