I don't know if I'm hallucinating or not. In the shadows I think I see men sometimes or think I see bugs, but it's never real and always scares me. I also have violent invasive images. I sometimes times think I hear whispering, but I'm so confused. Am I making my self think these things or is it common or could it be hallucinations? Thoughts?
