I am still confused though. The pdoc was unable to really give a diagnosis to my psychotic symptoms, both past and present. Yes, they got worse when I tried to go down on my medication. But she said that she couldn't tell me what I'm experiencing because they aren't the typical profile, but that it was clear that the APs are having an effect on them. **shrugs** Maybe I just won't know.

That's often the case that Dr's have trouble giving a definitive diagnosis. Diagnosis's can change over time as the doctor learns more even. You might not be able to express your own discoveries. How would you describe the color red to a color blind person? How would you describe an internal restlessness that can't be fixed with standard anxiety meds? We fail to recognize that its akathisia which is a symptom so common with prescribed APs. This is why an attentive doctor and knowledgeable support groups like us are so invaluable.

We'll help you through this!
