<font color="blue">This can be so distressing! But actually, may not be all that difficult to figure out. (Simple but not easy to fix???)

When we quit eating 3 or 4 meals a day, and quit taking in what our bodies are used to, it goes into a "starvation" mode and STORES everything we eat!!!! Meds can cause us to change our eating habits, as can cravings and money ...

If you find you just cannot go back to eating 3 or 4 meals a day, see a nutritionist that can help you at least add back the nutrition your body needs. Once your body is receiving the proper nutrition, then you can more easily drop back on what you are eating, if you aren't comfortable with eating often.

Usually heavy ppl are not eating enough, they are eating too much of the wrong things., or just not eating enough of the right things.

Soda (even "diet") and breads are often the culprits. Sugars...and salt.

Seek help... there's no reason to not have help. (And I agree that if your doctor brushes you off... go elsewhere!)

Disability takes it's toll, and it also takes special attention. Diet is something that changes, due to inactivity, boredom, and quality of food one can afford.

Hang in there!
