When i was in dbt i found the diary cards triggering. A blank spreadsheet of "bad" behaviors i felt obligated to fill up.
I hated DBT and thought my therapist was a complete moron.
Now at my job i take referral calls for dbt services and i have to hold my tongue against saying uuuurrrggg
