That's a crappy thing for your boss to do and very unprofessional. However, based on experience, this kind of thing is pretty common in corporate culture.

Unless you are extremely unhappy with the job and are giving serious thought as to quitting, I would suggest you just try to focus and do your best and slowly get your ticket closes up to par. If it's obvious you're improving, people shouldn't be giving you crap.
