Honestly these don't sound like the kind of hallucinations that come with schizophrenia and psychosis. Visuals are more rare than auditory. I.e. Voices are more common than images and there's really no doubt that they are voices....you can hear what they are saying perfectly well. I'm not saying it can't be but I would get a professional workup, it could be neurological more than psychological. Also you have a lot of insight, often with mental illness it's not clear that the hallucinations aren't real. However in the beginning it can be clearer and once on meds you can often tell things aren't real. The reality though is your disturbed by this ....you need to get a professional opinion.
