I am contacting her lawyer I want every damn thing she owed out of my home, Before I blow torch the room.

Maybe my rage will lessen if I remove every speck of her things ? I can only hope since apparently the type of T I am needing/ asking for seems like a f'ing Zebra in the Therapy field.
