It's interesting how we all have different experiences to meds. Abilify worked well for me for awhile but them it caused extreme light headedness and I fainted twice, nearly killing myself and my poor little dog who I was holding during one collapse. I guess it lowered my resting heart rate which means for me it reduced anxiety.....I also became more social with the wrong kinds of people so perhaps hypomanic but not in a nervous sense. I gave up caffeine for years because I was told it would help my stomach pain....it didn't. I can "usually" drink a ton of caffeine and still sleep but sometimes I can't. Wellbutrin and caffeine is a bad combo for me. Report any noticeable side effects to your doctors as you never know what may be extremely important for them to know.
