This morning I did Day 15 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 9 minute standing abs workout followed by a 27 minute upper body/abs workout with weights. It was a good workout and I got a bit of a sweat going.
This evening I did a 5k walk with Leslie Sansone (roughly 3.1 miles) that included 2 minute sets of cardio boosts, I sweated a lot during this one.

Including the cooldown it was 50 minutes total. Although I was sweating a lot I still felt good!
