I have the same problems with your statement. It all sounds very childish and it might be time to 'adult up'. Perhaps the answer is to get help. Is this what you actually want? As others have asked, I question too that the real result you are looking for is that things be taken out of your hands with the ultimate end of being hospitalised.

At the end of the day, your actions are not appropriate. The solution is to get help whether you do this willingly or unwillingly.
