That was a good article. I don't use a gratitude list as much as it's a magic moments list. I look for 3-5 positive things during the day that pleased or made me smile. It can be as simple as the smell of bacon and coffee in the morning. This act allows for me to look for moments to list. Having said that, I will continue making my magic moments list and start a ungrateful list as well to experiment.
