So it was interesting. He didn't really want to put me on an antidepressant and an antipsychotic at the same time. Hopefully the antidepressants do something to help both.
Okay, I'm getting a red flag, but it may be a false assumption. The anti depressant that he put you on, it is Wellbutrin, correct? Are you on a mood stabilizer? The reason I ask is because it may be very unsafe if you are only on just an ssri/snri and an antipsychotic. I believe I have a severe case of bipolar and when I was just on an ssri and an AP I went completely manic/depressive. The thought is, is that if you're bipolar then you should have a mood stabilizer to prevent you from going manic/depressive while your on a ssri or snri.

When I went manic/depressive it changed my diagnosis from sz to schizoaffective, but I believe I just have a bad case of bipolarI with psychotic features that sustain in a mixed episode.
