OK im a veteran and I did a mental health evaluation . they didn't give me a diagnosis of PTSD but two other diagnosis listed and I'm not sure which one im.currently diagnosed with. This is what the examiners.notes said....

Based upon direct evaluation and review of the veterans service treatment records a DSM-5 diagnosis of Other Specified Trauma Or Stressor related disorder is provided. The Trauma is(she explains the Trauma then goes on by saying)/this diagnosis is a clarification of the adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depression assigned in service.
Again I really dont understand what's being clarified and which diagnosis I have currently ?/ thank you in advance
