Oops, forgot to post what I did yesterday.

Yesterday I did Day 17 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 30 minute upper body/yoga routine followed by an 8 minute upper body HIIT workout that really made the arms burn after. I also went on a short walk with Dragon.
This morning I did Day 18 of the Low Impact program, before work because I know I'd be tempted to skip it after.

It was a solid 27 minute lower body workout and I hope my legs aren't too sore tomorrow.
Still need to go to work and so I'll likely post again later today for my step count and may do an evening stretch routine. We shall see!
