hi. how do they know you have the pills? one thing I can't stand about mental health people...especially when you're stuck with a more severe label, they step in and want to control --everything--. its ridiculous.

i personally wouldn't hold on to most psych drugs, but sleeping pills, benzodiazepines, and some tranquilizers/antipsychotics can be helpful on an as-needed basis, so id personally hold on to those.
