Same here. If my job was full time and the people were more professional and respectful, I would absolutely love it. The job itself is not bad and not hard. All you do is help students with various academic and special needs. You'd have to be extremely lazy to not do a good job. But unfortunately it is just part time and the people there are just not the right group of people to be around since they are exclusive. I can now understand why so many people get sick of their jobs. It isn't always the work itself, it is the people.
