I don't know about what helps you, but often times what helps me motivate myself to wake up for work or school is to have either an energy drink or some type of tasty snack in reserve half way across my apartment to motivate myself to wake up. For me, getting up in the morning is the hardest part and that helps me.
Also, another thing that might help if you live somewhere with Uber and Lyft is to keep some cash in reserve for it and call for a ride on Monday or whenever you are lacking the motivation to go instead of driving or riding the bus and use that to force yourself out the door.
Working sucks I know but hopefully one day you can find something that you enjoy doing. I would find what that is and make steps towards reaching such a goal.
