Viperchick, maybe you need to communicate with your sister that you are not her child and she is not responsible for you. Consider strongly making all "I" statements. Don't accuse her. Say "I need you to stay out of my business. I need you to stay away from my place of employment." etc... You may not get what you need right away but if you stand your ground, hopefully your sister will eventually respect your boundaries... and don't tell her anything she may use against you!

Then tell your mom "Mom, I need you to come to me if you have any questions. I need you to stop listening to my sister tell you tales about me." Give it a try. It's worth it.
