a 14 year old cousin with a hand granade is still very dangerous to those within his range because of that lack of emotional or mental maturity just waiting for an excuse to use it on whoever pisses him off. Those are the most dangerous because they dont think logical like the rest of the people & no one knows how someone like that will respond to anything said or done. It used to be called a " lose cannon"
